Rental Policies

Rental Period

We charge for all time out, not time used, everyday is a rental day including Sundays and Holidays.

  1. Minimum- 4 hours or 1 day, depending on equipment
  2. Daily Rate- 24 hours (this applies Monday-Thursday)
  3. Weekly Rate- 7 consecutive days to same time of delivery or pickup
  4. Monthly Rate- 4 consecutive weeks to the same time of delivery or pickup

Weekend Rental

Weekend rentals start Friday after 3 p.m. Call store for details.

Store Hours

  • Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Metered Items

  1. Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month additional hours will be charged.

Payment Policy

  1. Rental deposits vary from item to item. Please contact us for questions about required deposits
  2. All rentals require payment in advance, plus a deposit
  3. A major Credit Card is required for non-local customers
  4. We accept cash Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Rental Information

  1. If you have a question about time periods, minimum rates, when items are due back, or holiday rates please ask before renting
  2. Save money and return equipment clean and on or before the date and time stated on the rental contract
  3. Towing Requirements- Safety is our number one concern. We will never allow an unsafe combination of equipment on the road (i.e. towing capacity and/or weight capacity). We will inform you of the vehicle, trailer/hitch requirement for the rental equipment
  4. We require a VALID driver’s license for anyone who will be towing, hauling and transporting our rental equipment
  5. All Rental charges will be charged as calculated by our computers. If you are unable to return our equipment during the date and time it is due, it is YOUR responsibility to call us and extend your rental and ask for advance estimate for an updated rental contract.
  6. The customer is responsible for rental items while in their care and custody
  7. ID Requirements- Valid Florida driver’s license are required for ALL rentals. Renter must be 18 years or older.

Delivery and Pickup

  1. We offer delivery and pickup of our rental equipment
  2. Charges are based on what is being delivered, where it is being delivered to, and the number of people required to deliver the specified items
  3. Save money- Return equipment clean, full of fuel and on the specified time due date
